Shipping Policy

Here at AdzAquatics, we offer delivery all around the UK (with some restrictions) including B2B and B2C . The livestock delivery charges start from £25 which is our next delivery service and guarantees arrival 1PM. We are using specialists in the live fish delivery industry as we know the importance of reliable delivery times. Our courier holds the APHA transporter authorisation.

Unfortunately, the delivery is non refundable but we will still offer a DOA guarantee on the stock providing you meet our policies stated on the website. Visit our Terms & Conditions page for more info.

We are aware of the fatalities that could occur when shipping livestock. For obvious reasons we want to prevent/minimise the risk of DOA stock. Therefore we will only ship our orders on the following days Monday- Thursday. This is so that packages cannot get held up in warehouses over the weekend which would prolong delivery. In the unlikely event of any DOA stock please follow our terms & conditions page.

Return & Exchange Policy

At AdzAquatics, we guarantee a satisfaction guarantee for all our customers. We want to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases and our services. We will offer returns or refunds for any dry goods order issues if all policies are met. As noted above, delivery costs are NOT refundable.
